Never look for a parking spot again! You deserve your own personal parking spot available, rain or shine, play or fling, for a whole year. Year begins on December 1 and ends on November 30 of the following year.

Highest Bidder gets first choice of space.  Parking spaces will be offered for the school years noted.

One Week at Private Florida Beach House on 30A

A five bedroom (including 1BR with four bunk beds), four bath home.  Spacious kitchen/great room that features floor to ceiling windows looking out at the gulf with two daybeds. Gulf front deck, outdoor shower and private pool. Private beach access. Fully equipped for families with changing table, pack and play, adult/kid bicycles and kayaks. Located on 30A next to Alys beach. Available for one week excluding Holiday break, Memorial Day and 4th of July Holidays.
